The crew stopped to chat with Sunaiza, a student of Raffles Hanoi in the hallway, and found out some interesting information. Ms. Sunaiza is originally from Singapore, where she remembers that Raffles is famous as a center of excellence for Design and Business. She is now studying Interactive Multimedia Design in Raffles Hanoi. She finds Raffles Hanoi a stylish and pleasant environment, a home away from home for not only herself but also other international students including Mr. Jorge from Chile and Ms. Larisa from Ukraine. She also complimented the professional teaching staff and the dedicated consultants who are always eager to help when called on.

In an interview with journalists, Fashion Design lecturer Ms. Ceren Ege from Turkey highlighted the importance of bringing students to fashion shows and taking them on field trips. She emphasized the many ways in which these activities help students to keep up-to-date with contemporary trends, in addition to experiencing fashion from the manufacturers perspective.

Meanwhile, Ms. Anna, fashion design lecturer from Poland, shared her experience of working in the professional environment at Raffles. She also explained how exposure to Vietnamese culture and charm has enriched her both as a traveler and as a fashion designer. It is this depth of knowledge and sensibility that she is trying to bring into every aspect of her courses.

Excited at the prospect of being on TV, everyone is looking forward to watching the broadcast on VTV2 and VCTV6 from 2 pm to 3.30 pm on May 8th 2010.
